How do Hop Credits work?
Each product lookup uses one Hop Credit. New users start with free credits after onboarding. If a lookup does not return useful results, check the app for the latest credit behavior or contact support.
Why is my lookup taking a while?
Lookups typically take 10–30 seconds depending on the product and how many countries are searched. Enable push notifications to be alerted when results are ready.
Why was my product not found?
PriceHop AI works best with a specific typed product name or a clear photo showing visible branding and model details. Very new or rare products may not be available in all countries.
Are the prices accurate?
Prices are fetched from retail sources and are current at lookup time, but they can change frequently and may not include taxes, shipping, import duties, promotions, or availability. Always verify the final price before purchase.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the Hop Credits screen and tap Restore Purchases. Credits may also sync across devices via iCloud where supported.
How do I delete my search history?
Open the History tab and tap Clear All. Search history is stored locally on your device.
